Fall in Love with Fall at the Big South Fork and Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat
FALL ACTIVITIES AT BIG SOUTH FORK
The leaves are falling and the mountains in the Big South Fork are calling! There are so many great activities to do this time of year at the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, which sits along the Kentucky and Tennessee border.
Horseback riding season is in full swing. The Big South Fork has miles and miles of horseback trails ranging from easy to difficult. Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat has direct access to the Fork Ridge Road/Charit Creek Trail and from there you can access miles of trails.
Not a Horseback rider? You can also access many hiking trails, like the popular Laurel Fork Creek Hiking Trail directly from Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat. If you are not a Hiker, or Horseback rider, then just come to relax!
